How to cook with what you have on hand

With everyone social distancing, in isolation or quarantine, it’s important to try to cook with whatever you already have in the house, to avoid unnecessary trips to the grocery store. I usually follow this rule anyway, even before Covid-19 was a thing, but now more than ever, it’s important to stay home if you can.

Here’s what 45 minutes of meal prep to feed my family of 6 for 5 days looks like… 👀 Our kids are always watching. Last year I became an entrepreneur, but I will always will be a teacher. 🍎 What’s it like to have 4 kids? 🎂 5️⃣ I love taking salads for lunch, especially when I can prep them in advance. “I want to meal plan but I have a hard time being consistent with it.” This.
