Lemon Basil Orzo

Lemon Basil Orzo is a simple side that cooks up quickly, using fresh summery ingredients.

When I started this blog, my main goal was to have my personal recipe collection, accessible in one spot. This year, my main objective is to take photos of every recipe and add them to the recipe index for you to enjoy.

This quick and easy side pairs well with chicken, turkey, fish, or pork dishes. I typically serve it alongside turkey meatballs with roasted tomatoes or marinara sauce.

The orzo cooks up quickly and you simply toss it with butter, fresh lemon zest, fresh basil, and parm. Great for a busy weeknight!

How easy is that?
